Sales tax will be applied at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by state and local laws.
📦 Shipping – U.S. & Canada
I ship all U.S. and Canadian orders through USPS or UPS. Processing times vary and are listed in each item’s description. If you purchase a ready-to-ship item along with a dyed-to-order listing, your package will ship when all items are ready.
If you’ve placed more than one order and would like them combined, please email hausfiberco@gmail.com with your name and order numbers. I’ll do my best to package them together and refund any extra shipping costs.
✉️ Shipping Insurance & Delivery
If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation, please reach out before placing your order. I’m happy to adjust shipping options at your request. Once your package has been marked as delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
🌍 International Shipping
I do ship internationally! International orders are sent via USPS or UPS. Please note that customs fees, VAT, or import duties may be charged depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
💛 Returns & Customer Care
Because of the nature of hand-dyed yarn, all sales are final. That said, I want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right or your order arrives damaged, please email me at hausfiberco@gmail.com within 7 days so I can make it right.
